I received my Ph.D. in Neuro-pharmacology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. I joined Dr. Dan Johnston’s lab, as a post-doctoral fellow, in April of 2005.

My current research includes alterations in the expression of genes of interest mediated by pseudo-viral transfection of neurons and the physiological outcomes of these alterations.
